Gracey Weisbrod was born and raised in Port Arthur, Texas, and currently resides in Dayton, Ohio. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Fine Arts Education and taught Fine Arts for several years in Columbus, Ohio. She later studied with the late Roland Huston of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Her most recent one-woman exhibitions include “Celebration of Spring” at Wright State University, "Color....energized" at Complements Designer's Studio in Dayton Ohio, and "Au Printemps, color awakens" at the Aullwood Audubon Center and Farm. In the Fall of 2001, Gracey showed her work by invitation at The Ohio State University Faculty Club, an honor given exclusively to the Ohio State University Faculty and Alumni.

Her paintings are found in private collections throughout the country.
